East Coast Road Trip: Day 5

We spent the night in Atlanta, Georgia where we woke up rather early, ate breakfast, and headed out to see the capital building. Once we got there we were disappointed because we couldn’t really walk around on the grounds because a lot of people were protesting Wall Street. I understand the whole freedom of speech thing, but why don’t they speak freely somewhere else? J Anyway, I did get some good pictures.

After leaving Atlanta we headed out to make it to Bryson City by night fall. On the drive there we had gorgeous fall colors starting to appear. I picked some leaves to press in my journal, I LOVE FALL LEAVES!!!!!!!!!
About 5 minutes away from Bryson city we found a little river that flows down several large rock with trees lining the bank on both sides. It was so pretty!
Once we got to Bryson city we fell in love. It is a cute little mountain town with all of these little shops and an old railroad with dining cars that are still in use! It was overall a fun day with lots of time for talking and teasing
